The support unit on the THK support side uses deep groove ball bearings. The internal bearings of the support unit EK and BK are packed with a proper amount of lithium soap-based grease and sealed with a special sealing gasket, which can be directly installed and used for a long time.

Considering the balance of rigidity with the ball screw, high rigidity and low torque angular contact ball bearings (contact angle 30°, free combination) are used. At the same time, the ultra-small support units EK6 and 8 are equipped with ultra-small angular contact ball bearings developed for ultra-small ball screws. This kind of bearing has a contact angle of 45°, a small ball diameter and a large number of balls. It is an ultra-small angular contact ball bearing with high rigidity and high precision, and can obtain stable rotation performance.
